Where We Work

We stay close to home, and that is deliberate.

Companies that stretch across three states end up sending whoever is available. We keep our service area tight so the same crew can get to your home quickly, come back for a touch up without it being a production, and actually know the neighborhood.

If you are just outside the list below, call us anyway. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit or point you to someone closer.

Not on the list? Call (720) 629-9129. If we can get a crew there and do it right, we will say yes. If we cannot, we will say that too.

Local Knowledge

Every one of these towns paints a little differently.

Housing stock, elevation, exposure and HOA rules all change what the right approach is. Here is what we run into where.

Denver

Bungalows in Wash Park, Victorians in Capitol Hill and new builds in Stapleton all want different things from a painter. Older Denver homes often need lead safe practices, plaster repair and trim work that a production crew will not slow down for.

Aurora

A lot of Aurora housing stock is from the seventies through the nineties, which usually means original wood trim, aging exterior caulk and south facing elevations that have taken decades of sun. Prep is where the money goes here.

Elizabeth

Out on the eastern plains you get wind, sun and big temperature swings with very little shade. Exterior coatings have to be chosen for exposure, and wood fences and decks need staining on a tighter cycle.

Colorado Springs

Everything from historic Old Colorado City to newer developments on the north side. Higher elevation means even more UV, and stucco is far more common here than in the metro.

Parker

Newer construction with builder grade paint that was one thin coat over drywall. The good news is that the surfaces are usually sound, so a proper two coat repaint makes an enormous difference quickly.

Castle Rock

Lots of hillside lots with real exposure, plus a mix of stucco, stone and fiber cement on the same elevation. Getting the transitions and the caulking right is most of the job.

Centennial

Established neighborhoods with mature trees, which means more shade, more moisture on the north side and more mildew to clean off before anything gets coated.

Highlands Ranch

Large two story homes with tall entry walls and stairwells. These are the spaces where a level five drywall finish and careful sheen selection really pay off.

Littleton

A wide mix of ages, from mid century ranches to newer infill. Older ranches frequently need drywall and plaster repair alongside the paint, which we handle in house.

Lone Tree

Newer homes, HOA color approvals and tight community standards. We are used to working within an approved palette and documenting colors for the architectural committee.

Franktown and Kiowa

Rural properties with outbuildings, long fence lines and serious exposure. Fence and deck staining is a big part of the work out here.

Monument and Falcon

High elevation with intense sun and fast weather changes. Product selection and watching the surface temperature matter more here than almost anywhere we work.

Service area questions

Still not sure? Call (720) 629-9129 and talk to a real person who has actually held a brush.

For the communities listed on this page, no. For projects well outside that radius we will tell you up front whether travel affects the price, and it will be in the written estimate rather than a surprise at the end.

Most estimates in the Denver metro and Douglas County are scheduled within a few days. Scheduling the actual work depends on the season, and exterior work in spring and summer books further out than interior work in winter.

Yes. In communities like Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch and parts of Parker and Castle Rock, we are used to working from an approved palette and providing color documentation for the architectural committee.

Yes, and it changes the specification. Higher elevation means stronger UV, faster drying and a shorter daily window where surface temperature is in range. We plan the schedule and the product around that.

We do. Offices, retail, restaurants, medical suites and multifamily properties across the Denver metro, Douglas County and Colorado Springs.
